BIOGRAPHY
Antonio Romayor Jr. is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at the Imperial County Office of Education. Antonio has over 25 years of experience working in Information Technology (IT) and leadership roles, most of those years working in K-12 Education. Antonio is the President of California IT in Education (CITE), Chair of the Imperial Valley Wellness Foundation (IVWF), and State President of the Classified Educational Leaders (CEL) Council for the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA). Antonio regularly presents at local and state conferences on various topics, including Artificial Intelligence, K-12 Advocacy, and leadership. Antonio is a California IT in Education (CITE) Certified Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the Imperial Valley Regional Occupation Program (IVROP) Alumni of the Year (2022), and an Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Administrator of the Year for San Diego and Imperial County (2017). Antonio earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management and a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University (WGU) and is a nationally Distinguished Graduate of WGU 2022.Â
